SAML is the data controller for personal data processed on shopsaml.se. If you have any questions about how we handle personal data, reach us at info@shopsaml.se.

What data do we collect?

Shopsaml.se is a brand and information site. We have no checkout of our own, no customer accounts and no payments on the site, so we do not automatically collect any personal data about you as a visitor.

The only personal data we process is what you choose to send us yourself — for example your name and email address when you contact us by email. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry.

Purchases via Tradera

All purchases of SAML products are made in our official Tradera store. When you buy there, Tradera's own privacy policy and terms govern how your data is processed in connection with the purchase.

Sharing of data

We never sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Data is only disclosed where we are required to by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing and to object to it. Contact us at info@shopsaml.se and we will help you.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) if you believe we process your personal data incorrectly.
