Prices and payment

All prices are in Swedish kronor including VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe by card and other available methods. The order is binding once payment is completed and you have received a confirmation.

Shipping and delivery

We sell to customers in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Within Sweden you choose at checkout between Tracked to pickup point (SEK 60) and DHL Home delivery to your door (SEK 90). To Denmark and Finland we ship tracked with DHL to your nearest pickup point for SEK 105. From SEK 1,000, pickup point shipping is free and home delivery costs SEK 30. The pickup point is chosen automatically from your address and you are notified when the parcel is ready.

We pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days. The delivery itself normally takes 2–5 business days depending on where you live.

Right of withdrawal, 14 days

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. Notify us via the "Withdraw / Return" button or at info@shopsaml.se.

Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, in substantially unchanged condition. We refund the price and the original shipping cost (standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the return.

Exception: opened sleeve packs cannot be returned for protection and hygiene reasons, as they cannot be resealed.

Return shipping

The customer pays for return shipping. Send the return yourself to SAML, Kämpevägen 17, 553 02 Jönköping, Sweden, or order a shipping label from us at cost: SEK 100 within Sweden and SEK 180 for Denmark and Finland. The cost is deducted from the refund.

Complaints

If an item is faulty or damaged you have the right to complain (within 3 years). Email info@shopsaml.se with your order number and preferably a photo. For approved complaints we cover return shipping, opened sleeves included.

Disputes

We always aim to find a solution with you. You may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
